Goods charged by credit card are usually despatched within 24 hours, subject to availability. However, please allow longer during busy times or if Tigga's Saddlery is away attending an event (click Events on main menu for dates) as most stock held is on board.

For orders under £50.00 P&P will vary (maximum £5.00). P&P for orders over £50.00 are free of charge.

Orders from outside England and Wales will have a postage charge for orders over £50.00 or additional postage charge for orders under £50.00, please call for further details before ordering.

If goods are unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and notify the soonest available date.

Where possible, despatch will be by post, however, depending on the weight/size of order, goods may be despatched via courier.

Goods may be returned within 14 days unused and unsoiled for a full refund less P&P (maximum £5.00) or an exchange can be organised with P&P being charged (depending on weight/size) on exchanged orders over £50.00.

Any products made to measure from sizes/information provided by the customer are non returnable and non refundable.

All prices quoted on this website are correct at the time of issue and are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%, unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to alter prices under circumstances beyond our control.

All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling and goods are sold under UK law.

We are happy to help and advise customers although we cannot be held responsible for the decision made when choosing sizes.
