Postage and Packing
All orders are subject to a postage and packing charge of £6.95. This will be added on at the checkout.
Please note we DO NOT ship outside the Uk.
Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail and delivered to UK and BFPO addresses only. However, depending on the weight/size of order, goods may be dispatched via courier.
You can specify delivery address, i.e. your home, your neighbour’s, your workplace or any other address at the time of placing your order.
Orders should be delivered within one week. However we ask customers to allow up to three weeks for delivery in the event that any items are temporarily out of stock. If we are unable to deliver in this period we will contact you straight away.
You may receive separate packages which arrive on different days as we often send goods that are in stock straight away and send the outstanding goods as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
Our agreement to supply the goods to you is made on the date we dispatch the goods to the address given when you ordered the goods.
Product Photos and Colour Swatches
Product photos and colour swatches are taken from the manufacturer’s catalogues. Colour swatches should be used for guidance only as colour representation in photography, printing, scanning and computer monitors can vary. Some product styles may have changed slightly since the publicity photos were taken or may vary between different colours/finishes of the products. The photos should therefore only be used to give a general indication of style and fit.
All prices on this website are quoted in UK pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable but exclude postage and packaging. The prices and promotions offered on the website may differ from those offered at the same time in our mobile unit. Prices reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the period specified. If no period is specified we may alter or end the price reductions and promotions at any time.
Credit and Debit Cards
All credit and debit card details are taken at the time you place your order and payment taken on completion or part completion of your order. If either you or we cancel all or part of the order, the relevant amount will be refunded onto your card. All online credit and debit card payments are processed by a leading card processing gateway, which are approved by all leading card issuers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges and/or refunds will only be granted within this timescale. Please enclose the receipt and a brief covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred.
If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork, then the refund or replacement may be delayed or not be completed. We would recommend that items returned be sent back via some form of recorded delivery because we will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Postage costs incurred to return items will only be refunded if an incorrect item has been dispatched by Tigga's Saddlery. We will not refund the postage if we have dispatched what you have ordered. If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item and wish to be credited for the postage, please enclose a receipt for the postage cost.
Faulty goods will be inspected and if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, Tigga's Saddlery will either replace or credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of riding wear and horse wear, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within six months of purchase.
Anything over this time will be dealt with at the discretion of Tigga's Saddlery. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Any products made to measure from sizes/information provided by the customer are non returnable and non refundable.
Tigga's Saddlery will not make unsolicited contact with you via email, nor will we sell, rent or exchange customer information with anyone else. We share relevant information only with those parties entrusted with the processing of your account. We only obtain information from you when you enter it on the ordering page and we only request the information that is required to efficiently process your order.
The only other item of information that is collected automatically is the IP address used for your current internet connection session (this is for security and fraud prevention purposes only). We only use the personal information provided for processing your current order and we will never use your email address or any other information for any other purpose.
